Daily Devotional 20th January 2021: Walk with God.

“And Enoch walked with God: and he was not; for God took him” Genesis 5:24 KJV

Beloved, to walk with God means to develop a strong fellowship with God. When you search the scriptures, you will discover a lot of the saints of old who manifested the glory of God in their lives by walking with God. One clear example of one who walked with God was Enoch. He enjoyed fellowship with God so much to the extent that he was transformed; he found himself in heaven and couldn’t return.

You see, if you develop a strong fellowship with God, it is an atmosphere you do not want to leave or play with. I perceive in my spirit that Enoch walked with God so immensely that poverty, sin, disease, frustration and failure did not find him because you can’t find such things around the presence of God. I come to challenge you today to be a man or woman of His presence, because that’s where you will receive direction, fresh insights and ideas that will put you ahead of the pack.

Walking with God also means knowing Him; not by mere studies, but by revelation. Understand that you cannot fellowship with a God that you do not know. To know God is to be like God; it is to know Him intimately as a man knows a woman. When you know Him this way, you will have a conception of something. Something will be deposited inside you.

Beloved, the more you fellowship, the more of God you discover. The beauty about God is that when you are looking at Him on one side, He will show you another side. That is why you can never get tired of seeking and knowing Him. The more you know the different parts of Him, the stronger you become. You cannot know God by one scoop. He is a revelation. As you keep seeking Him, He will continually reveal more of Himself to you. I encourage you to take a quality decision today, to strive to know and serve Him for as long as you live.

Daily Devotional 19th of January 2021: Reposition yourself for God’s plan

“Now the Lord had said unto Abram, Get thee out of thy country and from thy kindred, and from thy Father’s house, unto a land that I will show thee” Genesis 12:1 KJV

Abraham would have died without being the father of faith if he had remained in Haran. The Scripture tells us that his wife was barren, he was already old and his father died there. He would have remained there, but thank God he did not. God called them out from the Ur of the Chaldees.

Abraham had to be separated from his family in order to be positioned for what God had planned to do in his life. You also may need to depart from certain things that hinder you. You may have to give up certain habits or cut off certain friends who are not enhancing your progress. You may even need to desist from going to places that you usually go to. There are some of you who have to depart from tradition. You are going to church, you are a Christian but you are still tied to family tradition. You are wrongly positioned! You need to reposition yourself.

Beloved, only God’s way is successful: “Except the Lord build the house they labour in vain that build it, except the Lord keep the city, the watchman waketh but in vain” (Psalm 127:1 KJV). Whatever God is not building will not last. It is important, therefore, that you come out from the secret things you have involved yourself in. God wants to reposition you for your next level. Abraham departed and the rest is history. When he moved out in obedience to God’s Word, things began to happen in his life.

God is very specific. When He called Abraham, He gave Him direction. Now that He has called you, He also wants to give you direction. You have to reposition yourself to receive all that He has in store for you and when you do, you will see His blessings in a dimension you never imagined. I declare that the enemy will not shortchange you.

Ehi Ogbebor reveals relationship with MC Oluomo

Ehi Ogbebor, an interior decorator, has gone public to reveal her relationship with Musiliu ‘MC Oluomo’ Akinsanya, Lagos chairman of the National Union of Road Transport Workers (NURTW).

She took to her Instastory to put out emoji-laden photos of her spending time with Akinsanya.

Although Oluomo’s face was covered with emojis, Ogbebor is seen giving the NURTW chairman a kiss on the cheek.

Included in Ogbebor’s photo of Oluomo was an inscription that read “king” alongside a love emoji below his torso.

Ogbebor also shared footage of her spraying naira notes on MC Oluomo as he danced at the 5th coronation anniversary of the Oluwo of Iwo Land, which held on Saturday.

As word of her relationship spread, Ogbebor put out a video refuting claims that her lover bankrolled her business.

“I’m beating my chest to say it. No man spent one dime on my house. If you did and you’re a man and you don’t speak up, God will punish you. I’m betting a $100,000. Come out if you claim to have bankrolled me,” she said.

“Or you spent one Naira in my business or building my house. I built my house myself. I’m on the road at times, four days a week. I do it for myself and my kids. Stop ruing the minds of these little girls.

“You’re making them think they have to be with men for money. Beyonce is with Jay-z. Is he bankrolling her? What are you teaching girls? I will be with a man I care about. He doesn’t need to give me a dime because I don’t need it!

“Come out if you’ve bankrolled me; given me money to go and do business. You better speak. I just bet $100,000.”

Daily Devotional 17th January 2021: What you show, you reap.

“Be not deceived; God is not mocked: for whatsoever a man soweth, that shall he also reap.” Galatians 6:7 KJV

The fact that you are already blessed is not in doubt; however, you have a part to play to walk in the fullness of all that God has made available to you. One of the incontrovertible laws in existence is the law of sowing and reaping. It is one law that is constantly activated by our actions. You cannot circumvent it. All truth is parallel: just as you cannot plant lemon and reap oranges as close as they are in shape, you cannot plant negative words and reap the promises of God.

When God said that you will reap whatever you sowed, the word “whatever” is very key. It is not all about money. We have used this to talk about giving and while that is very true, it does not only apply to giving. If you want to reap righteousness, plant the seeds of righteousness into your life. If you want to reap good health, plant the seeds of good health into your life. Everything you want is in the Bible. No promise of God is void of power; however, it will not fall on you like a bag of cherries. Your part is to find it, declare it until you become one with it and you will have it.

Stop and think: In what area are you facing challenges? If you can identify them, please write them down, then search the scriptures and write out all the promises that you can lay your hands upon concerning them; meditate and declare them over your life. Do this consistently throughout the first quarter and see the dramatic change you will notice in your life. The things that you thought were impossible will begin to fall in line according to the Word of God.

This year is not meant to be just one of those years. God has a whole lot in stock for you and my prayer is none will elude you In Jesus’ name.
