Precious Chikwendu, Femi Fani Kayode’s wife confirms split from husband.

Former Minister of Aviation, Femi Fani-Kayode’s estrange wife, Precious Chikwendu, has finally confirmed that her marriage to the PDP chieftain has ended.

The mother of four made the confirmation via her Instagram account while replying a follower who advised her to work things out with her ex-husband after she shared photos of her sons.

Precious and Femi Fani-Kayode

The Instagram follower in her comment section advised her to go back to her husband adding that it was better to settle their differences rather than join the miserable association of divorced women.

However, in her response, Precious told the follower that she can have FFK.

“Take note, my marriage ended. It didn’t collapse.
“But if you want him you can go to him or his dm,” she said.

Recall that the former minister while reacting to a viral video of him abusing his wife and rumors of his crashed marriage had accused her of cheating on him with another man.

According to him, ”there was no physical abuse. I only collected the phone from her after catching her in bed with a married man.”

A Nigerian man mocks Ize-Iyamu over his speech after the Edo election.

It’s no longer a news that Ize-Iyamu lost the Edo Election to PDP candidate Obaseki. After the Election.

“Pastor Alhaji Umoru Ize-Iyamu says he wont go to court to challenge Obaseki’s victory, but he will proceed with the pre-election cases”.

Here is a response from a Nigerian man after he saw Ize-Iyanmu

We – oga “pastor”, you are such a sore loser. If you have accepted your defeat, why haven’t you congratulated the governor yet? E pain you die! At the end of it all, i believe many Edo people didn’t have a personal problem with you and they voted against you because of Oshiomhole and Tinubu, who you associated yourself with. In any case, all those lawyers still wan chop your money.

Weda you congratulate or no congratulate, or you proceed with your pre-election court case, 4+4 OGBANE! E SHOCK YOU!

I congratulate Edo people for standing up against injustice-Senator Rochas Okorocha.

I will not congratulate the PDP, I will congratulate Edo people for standing up against injustice because the people that were voting for Obaseki are not only PDP, even APC voted for him. They want to stand up against injustice.

Edo people are not docile. They know what they want and how they want to get it. So, I would want to congratulate Edo people rather than congratulate any party because it was a mere dramatisation of the fight against injustice in that state.

But when I saw Adams Oshiomhole with Governor Hope Uzodinma, then I knew that Gulak will also be there because when these three people are leading the campaign, then it had to be a Ben Johnson way or there will be no victory. And so we must begin to learn.”

Aminu Shagari’, The former president Shagari’s son apologises to Jonathan, knocks Buhari

Aminu Shagari, three-term House of Representatives member and lawyer son of the late President Shehu Shagari, has apologized to the former Nigerian president, Goodluck Ebele Jonathan.
Aminu said he helped to bring down Jonathan’s government to ensure Muhammadu Buhari emerged despite that as a military officer he led a coup that dethroned his father in 1983.

Mr. Shagari, who was president between 1979 and 1983, passed away on December 28, aged 93. He was removed in a military coup led by Nigeria’s current president, Muhammadu Buhari.
Years after, Mr. Buhari was elected as a civilian president in 2015 and while preparing to run for another tenure in 2019 he traveled to Sokoto to pay a condolence visit to the family of the former president.

He also ordered that flags should be flown at half-mast for three days at all military formations and public places in the country.
After his visit, Aminu called him out Buhari by stating that the President never gave “words of comfort” during his visit.
He said: “We didn’t hear such because he didn’t say anything. We gave him the condolence register. He only signed and put the date. Personally, I was very disappointed with that. I expected that at least, as Muslim, he would write, ‘May Allah forgive him and may Allah forgive us when our time comes.’ That makes me extremely disappointed in him.”

And in a recent interview with Punch, Aminu stated that Buhari has not contacted his family or deliver the promises to immortalize their father.
“I was never contacted and the Presidency has not contacted our family, to the best of my knowledge. Nothing has changed; the only thing I remember is that, at a campaign rally in Bauchi, after his visit to our father’s residence in Sokoto, prayers were offered for my dad. This probably was an afterthought following the backlash that followed his (Buhari) mere signing of the condolence register, with no written or verbal condolence message.

This is somebody we really supported, campaigned for and mobilised people for his election because we obediently adhered to our father’s dictate to forgive and let bygone be bygone. The same Muhammadu Buhari, in the condolence letter he gave the state governor (Aminu Waziri Tambuwal), promised to immortalise our dad. Close to two years after his death, he has yet to fulfil his promise. Whereas he recently named certain landmarks after some Nigerians who are still alive, including former President Goodluck Jonathan.

Let me use this opportunity to tender a public apology to former President Jonathan and seek forgiveness because I helped to divide the Peoples Democratic Party and bring down his government, but, I have found out that what we thought about his stewardship was not entirely true. I expect President Buhari to also ask for forgiveness having found out that most of the things he accused my dad’s and President Jonathan’s administrations of are not true.”

Speaking on the current state of Nigeria, Aminu said “I am very disappointed.” He noted that Nigeria’s only hope is in good governance.
“I believe if we get it right in this aspect of our national life, our story would turn from bad to good within a short time. With emphasis, all we require is a credible and sincere leadership that will maximise our God-given talents and resources. A lot of us committed so much to bring this administration on board. As an individual, I assumed that, if nothing else, we would get the issue of security right, and every other thing would follow.

Unfortunately, our security situation has degenerated from bad to worse and the President has refused to listen to every voice of reasoning. Rather, he has turned a deaf ear to what people are saying and insisted on keeping the service chiefs.
“Just recently, the government slammed the entire citizenry with a double post-COVID-19 assault – fuel price hike and increase in electricity tariff, without considering the income of Nigerians. With the minimum wage, in the face of the depreciating value of the naira, how do you expect an average Nigerian worker to survive, meet their family’s financial needs, and be happy?”

I caught my wife in bed with a married man- Femi Fani-Kayode

@SaharaReporters posted a video which supposedly depicts me ABUSING my estranged wife. This is nothing but a propaganda video. There was NO physical abuse.I simply took the phone from her to stop her from recording me after catching her in bed with a married man days earlier.

I repeat there was NO physical abuse whatsoever and she had been insulting and subjecting everybody, including family members, staff and children, to PHYSICAL and VERBAL abuse the whole day. As usual, it was a nightmare!

My words in the video are self explanatory. I urge those thet watched it to listen to those words carefully. I told her that everyone wanted peace except for her and all she did was indulge in scandal after scandal. I have NEVER physically abused my estranged wife.

21-Year-Old Nigerian Found Dead On UK Beach In ‘Mysterious’ Circumstances

The mother of 21-year-old Blessing Olusegun is demanding the cause of her daughter’s death whose body was found lying on a beach in East Sussex, a region in the United Kingdom, according to the Evening Standard.

One of Olusegun’s close friend and work colleague, Christiana Sofolabo, described her death as “mysterious“.

However, the Sussex police, while describing the death as “unexplained” have said they are not currently treating it as suspicious.

Olusegun was a London business student who was on a one-week placement as a live-in carer for elderly dementia patients at a home run by Agincare in Bexhill, a seaside town, two hours drive from London.

According to CCTV footage, she was walking towards the beach around 1 am on September 18, but cameras did not reveal what happened next.

Ms Olusegun was speaking on the phone to her boyfriend and a close friend and told them to stay on the line.

Her iPhone and slippers were also found a few metres from her body.

“I’m devastated beyond words,” Mrs Esther Abe, Olusegun’s mother told the UK-based Evening Standard. “I spoke to Blessing the day before and she was fine.

“Then the police came to say she was dead. A member of the public saw her body on the beach early in the morning.

“I’m a mother and I need to know what happened to my daughter. Did she come to harm?

“Blessing did not have any friends in Bexhill – all of them are in London. She was only supposed to be there for a week.

“She had so much to do in her life. Now I will not see her mature into a beautiful, gorgeous and talented woman. I don’t know what I am going to.”

Police Statement:

The Sussex police have said they are still investigating the death in a bid to establish the cause of death.

“On Friday September 18, the body of a woman was found lying on the beach at Bexhill near Galley Hill,” the police said.

“The body was identified as that of Blessing Olusegun, 21, of Eltham, London.

“Police have been investigating the circumstances and the death is being treated as unexplained though not suspicious at this stage.

“A post mortem took place on September 24 and further forensic tests are being carried out in order for the cause of death to be established. Police enquiries are continuing in liaison with the Coroners Officer.”

PRESS STATEMENT: Concerned Nigerians Group calls on US, UK & EU to issue visa ban on IGP, DG SSS, Buratai if protesters are harassed and arrested tomorrow

We call on the US, UK and the EU to issue visa ban against the Inspector General of Police, Director General of SSS, Chief of Army Staff, other heads or security agencies or any State Commissioner of Police, Director of SSS or Army Commandant at the state levels who oversees the clampdown on protesters tomorrow.

It is no longer news that Nigeria is increasingly becoming a repressive state, and the security agencies have surrendered their constitutional responsibility and made themselves a tool in the hands of the government. These security agencies have criminalized the act of protest, an otherwise constitutional right, in an attempt to shield the government of the day from criticism.

Sadly, the Nigerian judiciary has not been able to stand up and be counted. The citizens are, therefore, left at the mercy of state actors who have developed the penchant for indiscriminately arresting protesters.

As members of the civil societies get ready to lead a citizen movement against bad governance in Nigeria, tomorrow, it is imperative to call on the United States of America, United Kingdom and the European Union to place visa ban on any member of the security agency who makes himself available to the government of the day, tomorrow, for the purpose of suppressing the protesters. This visa ban should equally be extended to their family members.

This call is made with deep sense of responsibility, as it appears that the only wedge between state actors in Nigeria and totally authoritarianism is visa ban.

Comrade Deji Adeyanju
