Today, the Lord will visit your foundation. He ‘ll uproot every tree of afflictions and discomfort and cast them into consuming fire. He’ll destroy the source of every deep-rooted ancestral curses and pronouncements of yester-years that may be contesting with your peaceful existence in Jesus Mighty Name.

God ‘ll anoint you to break yoke and overcome every challenges. Upward ever, backward never in Jesus Mighty Name.

Someone asked me ‘pastor, is it possible to cheat death?’. It has happened to me, not once, not twice, not thrice. God is in the habit of cheating death.

Christ cheated death for all of us. And God cheated death for Hezekiah’s sake in 2 Kings 20:6

A socio-political group. Olusola Saraki Legacy Group has berated the Governor of Kwara State, Abdulrahman Abdulrazaq, for staging a nocturnal plan to demolish structures on Plots 1, 3 and 5 Ilofa Road owned by late strongman of Kwara State
politics, Dr. Abubakar Olusola Saraki.

The group in a statement signed by its co-ordinator and released in Ilorin early this morning stated that at about 11.45pm on the eve of the new year, the governor directed his special assistant, Mr. Yinka Aluko to lead a demolition squad equipped with a bulldozer and supported by policemen from the state command to Ilofa Road with the aim of bringing down the structure on the land.

However, the squad was resisted by a crowd of supporters of the Sarakis, mostly old women, who quickly mobilised and started making noise and vowing to lay down their lives instead of allowing any damage to be done to the property.

The old women told the squad that with their advanced age, they are not afraid to die and would be ready to lay down their lives. They also vowed to march on the Abdulkadir Road House of Aluko in the GRA to express their displeasure for the ignoble role he is playing in misleading the government against the late Saraki.

In a sudden twist, Aluko received a phone call from an unknown person and then directed the driver of the bulldozer and other members of his team to withdraw while he jumped into a vehicle and drove off.

The bulldozer was eventually traced to Ita Elepa where it was parked. It is believed that further attempts would still be made to demolish the structure on the property. Saraki’s supporters have since vowed to be keeping vigil at the frontage of the property on Ilofa road.

Also, the family of the late politician have filed a suit challenging the revocation order by the Governor. The court process filed in the High Court, Ilorin, on Tuesday has since been served on the Inspector General of Police through the State Police Command while the state Attorney General have been served.

Senior Pastor of Daystar Christian Centre, Pastor Sam Adeyemi, has reacted to Dr Daniel Olukoya’s claims that Christmas is not biblical and therefore shouldn’t be celebrated.

The General Overseer of the Mountain of Fire and Miracles Ministries has come under serious criticisms from Nigerians as well as some clerics since he made the statement in a church service, which coincided with the 2019 Christmas celebration.

Reacting to Dr Daniel Olukoya’s claims, Pastor Sam Adeyemi stated how countries that brought Christianity to Nigeria even celebrated the birth of Jesus Christ with uninterrupted power supply, while Nigerians are still debating on whether it’s right or not to celebrate Christmas.

“The countries from where they brought Christianity to Nigeria celebrated Christmas with uninterrupted power supply. Some of us were quarelling over whether eating Christmas chicken will make us go to heaven or not. Sense will “fall on us” one day. I pray it won’t be long,” Sam Adeyemi wrote on Twitter.

“I heard Aliko Dangote say that Egypt added 10,000 MW of electricity generation in 18 months. Nigeria has hardly added 2000 MW in 20 years despite spending more money. Instead, we have air polution and noise polution from generators, or darkness. Shouldn’t we be discussing this?”
