The senior pastor of Fountain of Life Church Pastor Taiwo Odukoya passed away on Monday, according to the church’s official Facebook, whereas they confirmed his demise.

Pastor Taiwo Odukoya was said to have died on Monday, August 7, in the US.

The statement issued by the church on Tuesday, said: “The fountain of Life Church Family, in total submission to the will of God Almighty announces the passing unto greater glory of our Father, Teacher, a great servant of the Most High God,

“Pastor Daniel Taiwo Odukoya, Founding Pastor of The Fountain of Life Church, who passed unto glory on the 7th of August 2023 in the USA.

“We are in total submission to you, LORD!!! We thank the Lord for the gift of greater leader!!!” the statement added.

According to local media, the cleric passed away less than two years after the passing of his wife, Nomthi Odukoya, a 47-year-old South African, on November 9, 2021.

The Nigerian pastor had been married to Nomthi for 11 years at the time of her death and had two sons, Timilehin and Jomiloju.

Pastor Taiwo Odukoya, who hailed from Lagos, one of Nigeria’s largest cities, was previously married to Pastor Bimbo who had perished in the tragic Sosoliso disaster in 2005.

JUDGES 4:14

Two qualities of great leaders that every believer should pray and get are those of an encourager and intercessor.

Ask yourself, beloved, how much of an encourager are you to others around?

Have people been able to discover themselves by coming around you?

Are you the type of leader who never wanted others to rise?

Do you lead by example, or are you the ‘do as I say but do not do as I do ‘ kind of leader?

Dearly beloved, ponder on these questions and ask God to help you this morning.

The aura of God Almighty shall overshadow you in Jesus’ mighty name, Amen.

JUDGES 4:5

5:”AND SHE DWELT UNDER THE PALM TREE OF DEBORAH BETWEEN RAMAH AND BETHEL IN MOUNT EPHRAIM: AND THE CHILDREN OF ISRAEL CAME UP TO HER FOR JUDGEMENT.”

Beloved, do you want to rule your world?

Do you want to be numbered among achievers in your generation?

The key to fulfilling that good desire is becoming a solution to your world.
Men and women who solved great problems in their lifetime are remembered long after they died.

Make up your mind to leave the world a better place than you met it.

Stop looking for fame or wealth; look for how to add value. Then, fame and wealth will come running after you.

Receive the idea that will make you a solution to your generation in Jesus’ mighty name. Amen.

MATTHEW 2:14

14:”SO HE [JOSEPH] GOT UP, TOOK THE CHILD AND HIS MOTHER DURING THE NIGHT AND LEFT FOR EGYPT.”

Beloved, where is the Egypt that God has sent you to be a “migrant”?

Does it seem as if God has abandoned you there?

Do not be dismayed. No matter your experience there, God is working to fulfil His purpose for your life.

God works in mysterious ways to bring out His purposes in the lives of His beloved. You will soon shine.

Father, grant me the grace to be able to endure whatever situation I may be passing through as you are working to fulfil your purpose in my life in Jesus’ mighty name. Amen.

MATTHEW 2:14

PSALM 27:5

5 “FOR IN THE TIME OF TROUBLE HE SHALL HIDE ME IN HIS PAVILION: IN THE SECRET OF HIS TABERNACLE SHALL HE HIDE ME; HE SHALL SET ME UP UPON A ROCK.”

Truly, the perilous times are here. Everyone is aware of the unpleasant happenings that characterise these last days: pestilence and natural disasters, insecurity of lives and property, strange deaths, etc.

Globally, the daily death toll is frightening, and the conclusion generally is that no one is safe.

Beloved, that conclusion is not the position of the Bible.
Believers are special species, God’s children, His chosen and favourite people. They are set apart for His glory, and He watches over them.

Today, God will build a wall of fire roundabout you, be the glory within you, and shine forth in Jesus’ mighty name. Amen.

PSALM 118:14

14:”THE LORD IS MY STRENGTH AND SONG, AND IS BECOME MY SALVATION.”

We live in a world full of wickedness, and our challenges are indications of devil’s schemes to turn us away from God and destroy our lives.

When enemies wage wars against us, let us put our trust only in God like the psalmist, and He will surely grant us victory.

Daily expression of our confidence in God will enable us to defeat the enemy.

Beloved, make the Lord your strength and salvation in every situation.

May the Lord’s strength and salvation be experienced in our lives this season in Jesus’ mighty name, Amen.

LUKE 24:15

15:”AS THEY TALK AND DISCUSSED THESE THINGS WITH EACH OTHER, JESUS HIMSELF CAME UP AND WALKED ALONG WITH THEM.”

In your journey along the way of life, you may have burdens and struggles, which makes you wonder what they are and why they happen. In your wandering, know that Jesus is with you.

Indeed, He is close by if you will allow Him into your life’s struggle and anxiety. He has all the explanations and the meaning of all situations. He is eveready to help you.
Allow Jesus to be with you in your life’s travel.

God Almighty. You’re light upon my heart that I may understand what you are doing and benefits for me and Your kingdom.

PROVERBS 4:18

18:”BUT THE PART OF THE JUST IS AS SHINING LIGHT, THAT SHINETH MORE AND MORE UNTO THE PERFECT DAY.”

It doesn’t matter how low you are now. There is still hope for a great future.
God had lifted up several people from the miry clay to the mountain top. Believe it or not,He will do the same for you.

Beloved, even if your current situation is very worse, I assure you that the Lord that has lifted up several other people will do the same for you.

Greater days are coming if you trust God and lay all in His hands. God will not raise you just because He felt like doing so; He will do it to show forth His own glory.

If you dedicate your life to glorifying Him and are never shy to give Him glory for whatever you achieve, He will raise you, even higher than you can ever imagine. Greater days are ahead of you in Jesus’ mighty name, Amen.

EZEKIEL 37:26

26:”I WILL MAKE A COVENANT OF PEACE WITH THEM; IT WILL BE AN EVERLASTING COVENANT. I WILL ESTABLISH THEM AND INCREASE THEIR NUMBERS, AND I WILL PUT MY SANCTUARY AMONG THEM FOREVER.”

Sin makes a person lack peace and rest of mind. When sin creeps into a person’s life, every other thing will fall apart, and the rest of the mind binds everything together, gives way.

However, the covenant of God’s peace will always be with those who hear Him and put their trust in Him. God is able to restore every lost peace and still every storm in our lives if we only choose to return to Him.

Beloved, stay away from sin so that you can enjoy the peace of God in your life.

May God grant me His peace that gives rest of mind from all troubles in Jesus’ mighty name.
