EPHESIANS 1:11

11:”IN WHOM ALSO WE HAVE OBTAINED AN INHERITANCE, BEING PREDESTINED ACCORDING TO THE PURPOSE OF HIM WHO WORKETH ALL THINGS AFTER THE COUNSEL OF HIS OWN WILL.”

God is the ultimate rewriter of history and the changer of the story. He is the Great Potter with the exclusive preserve to remould and perfect any life or destiny that gets damaged or broken.

The history of Jabez was a terrible one until God, the rewriter of history, intervened in his life.

Beloved, I encourage you to give your life to Jesus, have a genuine relationship with Him and with unwavering faith, pray to Him to intervene and rewrite the history of your destiny, marriage, career, finances etc.

The Lord shall turn your situation around for good this season in Jesus’ mighty name.

JOSHUA 5:9

9:“AND THE LORD SAID UNTO JOSHUA, THIS DAY HAVE I ROLLED AWAY THE REPROACH OF EGYPT FROM OFF YOU. WHEREFORE THE NAME OF THE PLACE IS CALLED GILGAL UNTO THIS DAY.”

The place Gilgal is so important to Israel because of the circumstances and events like covenant circumcision, rolling away the reproach of Egypt, re-enactment of the Passover etc, God rolled away their reproach, all shortcomings and crises in Gilgal.

Beloved, as we journey through this new year, God wants us to also enjoy the Gilgal’s experience, He is ready to roll away every trait of disgrace, humiliations, failures etc.
God is ever ready to renew our lives irrespective of our situations and predicaments.

The Lord will roll away our reproach and make everything new in our lives this season/year in Jesus mighty name.

Luke 2:13-14

13. And suddenly there was with the angel a multitude of the heavenly host praising God and sayin. 14: “Glory to God in the highest, and on earth peace among those with whom he is pleased!”

Thank You that because I am positioned in Christ and clothed in His righteousness, I am identified with Him, have found favour in Your sight, and the peace of God in my heart.

I know that without Jesus there is nothing I could have done to warrant peace with You, for I acknowledge that I am a sinner, deserving of death – but glory to God in the highest, that peace has been granted to men with whom You are pleased.

Praise Your holy name that both peace with God and the peace of God, is available to who place their faith in the only begotten Son of God, in Whose name I pray Amen.

HABAKKUK 2:4

4:“BEHOLD, HIS SOUL WHICH IS LIFTED UP IS NOT UPRIGHT IN HIM: BUT THE JUST SHALL LIVE BY FAITH.”

In a world ravaged by evil when it sometimes seems that God will not punish the evil doers; we can be depressed especially when we suffer the effect of their wickedness.
Despite all these, we need to continue living by faith.

As we wait on God, seek His face and intercede on behalf of our land, we also have the responsibility to keep faith.

We must refuse to let go of our belief in God perhaps because we feel He is silent.
The just shall live by faith.

Father Lord, strengthen all weak knees and also forbid calamity from falling on us and our household this New Year in Jesus mighty name. AMEN.

1 JOHN 5:4

4: “… FOR EVERYONE BORN OF GOD OVERCOMES THE WORLD. THIS IS THE VICTORY THAT OVERCOME THE WORLD, EVEN OUR FAITH.”

Faith in Jesus gives you victory over this world and this victory extends till eternity.
Your faith in God is a shield from every form of storm.

You can be assured of victory from every angle in whatever you are passing through if only you have faith in God.

Have you been enjoying this victory that comes from your faith in Jesus Christ?

Beloved, believe in the Saviour (Jesus Christ), and you also will experience this eternal victory. Faith in Jesus Christ is the victory!

O Lord, enable me to experience Your victory over my life’s challenges. AMEN

HEBREWS 4:12

12: “FOR THE WORD OF GOD IS QUICK, AND POWERFUL, AND SHARPER THAN ANY TWO-EDGED SWORD, PIERCING EVEN TO THE DIVIDING ASUNDER OF SOUL AND SPIRIT, AND OF JOINTS AND MARROW, AND IS A DISCERNER OF THE THOUGHTS AND INTENTS OF THE HEART.”

This year, I encourage you to take full advantage of the inestimable benefits that the word of God offers. It’s a very potent and highly veritable weapon that heaven has made available to us to reign in life.

Let God’s word dwell in you richly, delight and meditate in it day and night. More importantly, this year endeavor to be a doer of the word of God than in the years gone by. This will be your best year ever in Jesus name.
This year, the word of God shall move you from glory to glory in Jesus mighty name.

PSALM 56:4

4:“IN GOD WHOSE WORD I PRAISE- IN GOD I TRUST AND AM NOT AFRAID. WHAT CAN MERE MORTALS DO TO ME?”

Beloved, regardless of your previous experiences in the past years, this year, God wants you to trust Him absolutely.

You may not know what the year holds, but with your trust in the God who knows the end from the beginning, you will have a fruitful year.

God is forever trustworthy because He is faithful. Let go of all your fears and put your trust in Him, He will surely act on your behalf.
Have a trust-filled year.

I pray that God’s purpose and plan will be fulfilled in your life and family this year in Jesus mighty name.

1 Corinthians 5: 17

17:Now, if anyone is in Christ, they are a new creation.

You are a new creation in Jesus, with your old self being replaced with a new self.

One that is forgiven and, by embracing Christ’s sacrifice, can live a totally fulfilled life in line with the Almighty. Pray for guidance in the new year, as you seek God to help you find success.

May we regard the world with tenderness. May we honour rather than destroy. Lover of all souls, help us enter the New Year joyfully, willing to laugh and dance and dream, remembering our many gifts with thanks and looking forward to blessings yet to come. May we welcome your lavish love

Nehemiah 8:10

10: Then he said to them, ‘Go, eat of the fat, drink of the sweet, and send portions to him who has nothing prepared; for this day is holy to our Lord. Do not be grieved, for the joy of the LORD is your strength”

We have to really believe God has the power to fulfil our needs. We have to really believe that God loves us and wants the best for us. We have to really believe that God listens to His children when they cry out to Him. When we have all these things, prayer ceases to be a chore and becomes a joy.

Joy-giver who created joy, defines joy, is joy, meets me in my sadness and discouragement, and comforts me with your presence. Help me see what’s good in my life and in the world. Lead me to gratitude for all your good gifts. AMEN.
