Exodus 20:12

12:”Honour your father and your mother, that your days may be long in the land that the LORD your God is giving you.

Heavenly Father, thank You for my parents and for giving me life.

Thank you for the lessons I have learned and the good times we have shared together.

Forgive me for the times when I have not honoured my father and mother as I ought – for I am aware that this is dishonouring to You.

From this day forward, I pray that I may honour You in all my interactions with my family and friends, and may my life be honouring to You.

This I pray in Jesus’ name Amen.

1 Corinthians 4:20

20:For the kingdom of God does not consist in talk but in power.

God, we pray for demonstrations of your spirit and your power, your love in Christ crucified, in ways that just totally go against the grain of worldly wisdom, worldly eloquence and man’s thoughts, all kinds of talk. No, God, show your power, we pray.

Our lives, our families, and your church and around the world, God, that your power, may know the power of the gospel known among every people, group, and every nation in the world. God, show your power. We’ll pray. Cause your kingdom to come, your will to be done on earth as it is in heaven. We pray this in Jesus’ name. Amen.

Romans 8:18

18:For I consider that the sufferings of this present time are not worth comparing with the glory that is to be revealed to us.

Loving Father, thank you for Your wonderful words of wisdom in Scripture.

May I become so firmly grounded in the truth of Your Word and the glory that it reveals, that I can place the sufferings of this present time in their correct perspective.

In Jesus’ name I pray Amen.

Psalms 118:24

24:This is the day that the LORD has made; let us rejoice and be glad in it.

Praise Your name, O Lord most High. You are worthy of all praise and glory from this time forward, and forevermore.

Glory be to the Father and to the Son and to the Holy Spirit.

Praise You for this Day of days, when the Lord Jesus will be King over all the earth.

We will rejoice and be glad in it. In Jesus’ name Amen.

Romans 5:8

8:But God shows his love for us in that while we were still sinners, Christ died for us.

Loving Father, thank You for loving me so much that you sent Christ to die for me, to be my Saviour and Lord. In Jesus’ name Amen.

1 Peter 3:18

18:For Christ also suffered once for sins, the righteous for the unrighteous, that he might bring us to God, being put to death in the flesh but made alive in the spirit.

Thank You, Lord Jesus, for suffering and dying for me and for the indescribable agony that You bore on the Cross when You were separated from the Father for the first time in eternity, for three dark hours.

Thank You, Father, that Christ’s sacrifice for sin was accepted so that by believing on Him I too might have life eternal.

In Jesus’ name I pray Amen.

Ephesians 6:13

13:Therefore, take up the whole armour of God, that you may be able to withstand in the evil day, and having done all, to stand firm.

Heavenly Father, I pray that I may take up the full armour of God and resist all the works of the enemy in this evil day in which we live.

I pray that I may walk in spirit and truth, being clothed in Christ’s own righteousness.

May I receive the power from above to stand fast in this evil day and to resist the principalities and powers – to Your praise and glory.

This I ask in Jesus’ name Amen.

Thank You that He set aside His eternal glory and came to dwell among us as a Man and identified with our sinfulness so that by faith, we could be forgiven of our sins and be identified with His righteousness.

Thank You that in Him, I live, and move, and have my being, and that He holds all things together by the strength of His great and mighty power.

Thank You that in Christ, I have been made a child of God, through time and into eternity. In Jesus’ name Amen.

Romans 6:22

22:But now that you have been set free from sin and have become slaves of God, the fruit you get leads to sanctification and its end, eternal life.

Heavenly Father, thank You that Jesus died for my sin and that the power of sin was broken in my life because I died with Christ unto sin.

Thank You that I am a new creation in Christ and have received His new resurrected life.

I pray that in Him I may grow in grace and in a knowledge of the Lord Jesus day by day, in Whose name I pray Amen.

Psalms 23:1

1:The LORD is my shepherd; I shall not want.

GOD’S purpose for us is to prosper and be in good health, and I declare as we say these Prayers together we shall see more of his blessings In Jesus name.

I decree that in any evil attacks of the enemies, I shall be victorious in JESUS Name Amen.
