EPHESIANS 3:16-17a

17:“I PRAY THAT OUT OF HIS GLORIOUS RICHES HE MAY STRENGTHEN YOU WITH POWER THROUGH HIS SPIRIT IN YOUR INNER BEING, SO THAT CHRIST MAY DWELL IN YOUR HEARTS THROUGH FAITH.”

Are you weary and heavy- laden?

Are you already getting discouraged by all that brethren are suffering in the face of economic crises, insurgency and religious crisis in Nigeria?

Do not give in to depression and discouragement. Rather, pray for inner strength and power.

Intercede for others who are prone to discouragement because of the unpleasant experiences around them. Beloved, your prayer will go a long way in strengthening their faith in God.

Lord Jesus, strengthen my inner being and let me understand the dimensions of Your love even in turbulent times in Jesus mighty name.

MARK 4:39

39:“AND HE AROSE, AND REBUKED THE WIND, AND SAID UNTO THE SEA, PEACE, BE STILL. AND THE WIND CEASED, AND THERE WAS A GREAT CALM.”

A storm is a problem so big and weighty that no one can single-handedly resolve it.
However, storms can be stilled as a result of a collaboration between God and many.

Is there a storm in your life that has threatened you for long?

Go to God in prayer and stay in His presence until He tells you what to do to still that storm.
Father, please help order our steps on what to do to still every storm in our lives in Jesus mighty name. Amen.

PSALM 55:22

22:“CAST THY BURDEN UPON THE LORD, AND HE SHALL SUSTAIN THEE: HE SHALL NEVER SUFFER THE RIGHTEOUS TO BE MOVED.”

All mortals have one need or the other.
However, individuals seek different ways to get their needs met.

Beloved, what you do with your need or challenge and who you approach for the provision of your needs matter a lot.
There is absolutely no need that God cannot meet.

However, God should be the first person to come to your mind to talk to about your needs. He is compassionate and ever-faithful, and never fails.

The God of Elijah, who can do exceedingly abundantly above all you can ever ask or think, will manifest in your situation today in Jesus mighty name. AMEN.

JEREMIAH 29:11

11:“FOR I KNOW THE THOUGHTS THAT I THINK TOWARD YOU, SAITH THE LORD, THOUGHTS OF PEACE, AND NOT OF EVIL, TO GIVE YOU AN EXPECTED END.”

Our God is a master planner, He is always many steps ahead in His planning.
He uses Joseph’s brothers evil plot as a means to fulfill his destiny. He made Esther the queen before Mordecai began to plot evil against the Israelites.

Many times, when we think that some things are happening for no specific reason, we have no idea that God is setting one of His plans in motion.

Beloved, trust and obey whatever instructions He gives to you.

Father, please show Your plans and help me to walk in them successfully in Jesus mighty name. AMEN

PSALM 56:4

4:“IN GOD WHOSE WORD I PRAISE- IN GOD I TRUST AND AM NOT AFRAID. WHAT CAN MERE MORTALS DO TO ME?”

Beloved, regardless of your previous experiences, this month/year, God wants you to trust Him absolutely.

You may not know what the month/year holds, but with your trust in the God who knows the end from the beginning, you will have a fruitful month/year. God is forever trustworthy because He is faithful.

Let go of all your fears and put your trust in Him, He will surely act on your behalf.
Have a trust-filled month/year.

I pray that God’s purpose and plan will be fulfilled in your life, family and our nation this month/year in Jesus mighty name.

MATTHEW 11:28

28:“COME UNTO ME, ALL YE THAT LABOUR AND ARE HEAVY LADEN, AND I WILL GIVE YOU REST.”

Putting ashes on the head signifies moment of sorrow, grief etc by the children of Israel, but God replaces ashes with beauty in the life of His children.

Beloved, what are the ash-like situation that have taken away the beautiful part of your life?

God is able to renew and restore your life for the better, if you could take all your burden/load to Him in prayer.
He will restore hope to you, renew your strength and make your life beautiful again.

Are you ready for this divine experience?

Take your burden to Him today, and you will not be disappointed. Henceforth, you will experience the power of divine turnaround in all areas of your life in Jesus mighty name. Amen.

Psalm 145:1-8

1-8: I will proclaim your greatness, my God and king; I will thank you forever and ever. Every day I will thank you; I will praise you forever and ever. The LORD is great and is to be highly praised; his greatness is beyond understanding.

Lord, increase my greatness–for your good pleasure. I know, and I believe that it pleases you to increase your greatness; it is your good pleasure to give me the Kingdom. AMEN.

MATTHEW 6:1

1:“BE CAREFUL NOT TO PRACTICE YOUR RIGHTEOUSNESS IN FRONT OF OTHERS TO BE SEEN BY THEM. IF YOU DO, YOU WILL HAVE NO REWARD FROM YOUR FATHER IN HEAVEN.”

Motive is important in our service to God.
Relationship with God is not for show and we do not have to impress people with our work or service.

Let your giving, fasting and praying be an act of worship to God who sees in secret but rewards openly.

What is the motive of your piety?

Beloved, serve people around you without expecting any reward.

O Lord, enable me to serve You and others faithfully in Jesus mighty name.

LUKE 1:13

13:“BUT THE ANGEL SAID TO HIM: DO NOT BE AFRAID, ZECHARIAH; YOUR PRAYER HAS BEEN HEARD. YOUR WIFE ELIZABETH WILL BEAR YOU A SON, AND YOU ARE TO CALL HIM JOHN.”

It is possible to be serving God faithfully and still experience delay?
God answer prayers according to His own time and in His own way. Know that delay is not a denial!

Therefore, continue to trust God until He manifests His power in your situation.
Do not loose hope, God still answers the prayers of those who diligently serve Him.
Have faith in God and wait for His response, which is unfailing.

Lord Jesus, I reaffirm my trust in You concerning the challenging situations of my life. Intervene and give me answers,O LORD.

LUKE 10:27

27:“AND HE ANSWERING SAID, THOU SHALT LOVE THE LORD THY GOD WITH ALL THY HEART, AND WITH ALL THY SOUL, AND WITH ALL THY STRENGTH, AND WITH ALL THY MIND; AND THY NEIGHBOUR AS THYSELF.”

We always claim that we love our God.
But how do you confirm that you really love God?

What are the signs?

Beloved, the beauty is that when you love God:
He will love you more than what you can ever imagine;

He will show you mercy;
He will guide and protect you;
He will comfort and provide for you etc.
The list is endless. What else do you need than to really love your God.

The peace of God that passes all understanding shall saturate our hearts in Jesus name. Amen.
