HEBREWS 2:3

3:“HOW SHALL WE ESCAPE IF WE IGNORE SO GREAT A SALVATION? THIS SALVATION, WHICH WAS FIRST ANNOUNCED BY THE LORD, WAS CONFIRMED TO US BY THOSE WHO HEARD HIM.”

It is dangerous to postpone or delay the decision to accept salvation in Jesus Christ.
If you are yet to accept Christ, you have a new opportunity to come to Him, and He will save you.

If you delay, tomorrow may be late.
If you have accepted Jesus, become His mouthpiece in pleading with sinners to accept this great salvation.

Loving Father, grant me the zeal to pray for and witness to those who are yet to accept Jesus Christ. Amen

GENESIS 21:1

1:“AND THE LORD VISITED SARAH AS HE HAD SAID, AND THE LORD DID UNTO SARAH AS HE HAD SPOKEN.”

In life, we all encounter seasons of hopelessness, moments when it seems our dreams are shattered and our prayers are unanswered as experienced by Sarah.

The miraculous event experience by Sarah is a profound reminder that in our most hopeless moments, God can bring forth new beginnings.

Beloved, when circumstances appear bleak, hold on to God’s promises, keep your faith alive, trusting that God can turn the impossible to reality.

Today, if you find yourself in a season of hopelessness, remember Sarah’s story and the faithfulness of our God. God’s timing is perfect and His promises are sure.

Keep believing and keep praying, for God’s visitation can transform your situation and give birth to new hope.

O Lord, arise, make my impossibilities become possibilities in Jesus mighty name.

Psalms 51:10-12

10-12: Create in me a clean heart, O God, And renew a steadfast spirit within me. Do not cast me away from Your presence, And do not take Your Holy Spirit from me. Restore to me the joy of Your salvation, And uphold me by Your generous Spirit.

I surrender every aspect of my life totally and completely to you. I give you my body, soul, and spirit; my heart, mind, and will. I claim the covering, cleansing, and protection of your blood and the victory of your cross over every aspect of my life. I ask your Holy Spirit to renew me now and to fill me afresh. AMEN.

PSALM 106:4

4:“REMEMBER ME, LORD, WHEN YOU SHOW FAVOUR TO YOUR PEOPLE, COME TO MY AID WHEN YOU SAVE THEM.”

Divine remembrance is a recurrent theme in the scriptures. It is a prayer for God’s favour and mercy, so that the situation will change for the better.

Are you facing situations that have left you wondering whether God has forgotten you?

God does not forget. Resolve to trust the Lord from this moment. He did not forget the faithful people of the past.

Lord, remember me today and be gracious unto me in Jesus mighty name. Amen.

GENESIS 21:1

God is the only one that gives hope in a hopeless situation. God can answer your prayers; defying medical or scientific laws because He is the author of the universe and there is nothing beyond His control and ability.
He is ready to give hope for your hopeless condition right now.

What is the hopeless situation in your life now?

Identify the condition and take it to the Lord in prayer, believing that as He answered Sarah, Jabez etc, your own shall not be impossible.
Beloved, set your heart on Him with strong faith in your mind and your situation shall receive hope today.

The Lord shall scatter the mountain before your breakthrough today in Jesus mighty name. Amen.

ROMANS 8:28

28:“AND WE KNOW THAT IN ALL THINGS GOD WORKS FOR THE GOOD OF THOSE WHO LOVE HIM, WHO HAVE BEEN CALLED ACCORDING TO HIS PURPOSE.”

Suffering does not mean God has abandoned you or lost His authority to deliver.
Instead, your sufferings are only a tool in His hand to make you fit for His perfect plan.

Beloved, God is working for your good, using your experience to glorify Himself.
If you can trust Him, you will experience the greatness of His power through that situation.

Lord, strengthen my faith to stand firm in You no matter the situation in Jesus mighty name. Amen.

MATTHEW 8:26

26:”HE REPLIED, ‘YOU OF LITTLE FAITH, WHY ARE YOU SO AFRAID?’ THEN HE GOT UP AND REBUKE THE WINDS AND WAVES, AND IT WAS COMPLETELY CALM.”

In your life journey, you may be experiencing life’s raging storms- times when business crumbles, health fails, financial crisis etc.

God is asking, “Why are you afraid?”
At such times, you should engage your faith in Christ Jesus.

No storm however strong can overcome/overpower Jesus.
Note that storm is “false evidence appearing real.”

Starve your fear to death through faith in God.
Hold on to Jesus who is Lord overall.
Lord Jesus, deal with every dreadful situation in my life and grant me peace.

ACTS 4:7,18

18:“THEY HAD PETER AND JOHN BROUGHT BEFORE THEM AND BEGAN TO QUESTION THEM: ‘BY WHAT POWER OR WHAT NAME DID YOU DO THIS?’ THEN THEY CALLED THEM IN AGAIN AND COMMANDED THEM NOT TO SPEAK OR TEACH ALL IN THE NAME OF JESUS.”

If Jesus and the apostles were persecuted, it will be strange to think your faith will not be opposed.

However, you should receive boldness and conviction from the Holy Spirit as you face opposition.

Stand firm in God’s camp and declare His mandate, for the One who is in you is greater than the one who is in the world.

Lord Jesus, help me to withstand resistance to my faith.
Good morning, have a blessed and fruitful day.

PSALM 107:29

29:“HE MAKETH THE STORM A CALM, SO THAT THE WAVES THEREOF ARE STILL.”

A storm is any negative or unpleasant occurrence that the enemy orchestrates to, destabilise you, steal from you, kill you etc.
The storms of life have no respect for your gender, status, nationality, age etc .

However, when God permits a storm, He uses it for the good of His children. A storm represents a crisis and you must bring Christ into your crisis and storm if you want to survive and overcome it.

Are you faced with a ravaging storm today?

The most important step you need to take is to call on Jesus Christ, the Master over storms. He will answer you and your joy will be full.

Today, God will intervene in your storm, calm it and give you sunshine in Jesus mighty name.

Luke 2:8-11

8-11:And there were shepherds living out in the fields nearby, keeping watch over their flocks at night. An angel of the Lord appeared to them, and the glory of the Lord shone around them, and they were terrified. But the angel said to them, “Do not be afraid. I bring you good news of great joy that will be for all the people. Today in the town of David a Savior has been born to you; he is Christ the Lord.”

Loving Father, I confess my great feelings of anxiety, sometimes the intensity of my stress is overwhelming. I know in my mind that you are with me, I know that your love encompasses all that I feel, that your peace fills me when I submit these things to you.

So I draw near to you. Please still the circles of my thoughts. Help me to take each one captive now and allow your great love and grace to cover me.

Lord, I lay before you all the circumstances I face and ask for your Spirit to move in these things to bring change, healing, and restoration. Thank you that you are the one in whom I shelter. You are the home in which I rest, and you are the arms of love around me. I love you. Amen
