ISAIAH 1:18
18:“COME NOW, LET US SETTLE THE MATTER, SAYS THE LORD. THOUGH YOUR SINS ARE LIKE SCARLET, THEY SHALL BE AS WHITE AS SNOW; THOUGH THEY ARE RED AS CRIMSON, THEY SHALL BE LIKE WOOL.”
God saw the hearts that were broken by injustice and exploitation of the world.
He felt the pains of people who were trying to put their lives together by themselves.
God therefore proposed a remedy: to stop being rebellious. Like He did to Israelites, God still offers grace and mercy through Jesus.
He asked anyone burdened by sin to come to Him and find freedom. The blood of Jesus is still available to cleanse one from sin and deliver one from guilt.
Beloved, will you embrace God’s offer to remove the stains of your sins and give you a clean state?
Heavenly Father, help me to heed Your word and be blessed by You in Jesus mighty name. AMEN
