5 “LORD, YOU ALONE ARE MY PORTION AND MY CUP; YOU MAKE MY LOT SECURE.”
Making God your life portion is making Him your purpose for living. A life of satisfaction with God is that of total dependence and trust in His ability in all situations.
When you make the Lord your portion, it means that He is the source of your joy and blessings. You are content with what He provides, and you don’t seek any comfort outside Him. With God as your portion, you are reacher than the richest of the earth.
Lord, may I continue to derive joy in my walk with You every day of my life, Amen.
