The Electricity Act de-mopolizes Nigeria’s electricity generation, transmission and distribution at National Level, thereby empowering states, companies and individuals to generate, transmit and distribute electricity.
I would say that this is a good step in the right direction towards solving our energy problems in Nigeria.
May the aim of this Act be actualized to the benefit of Nigeria and Nigerians.
