The imposed lockdown in Kano by president Buhari a week ago relaxes by Governor of Kano State Ganduje.
The Confused Kano state Governor said that Mondays and Thursdays would be Restriction-free days from 10am to 4pm.
This is Bizarre as the Governor did not explain if COVID-19 goes on holidays on Mondays and Thursdays?
